Should you wish to celebrate your wedding vows in a different traditional way this can easily be accommodated. You can also renew your vows which can add to the love and commitment you both have to your lasting relationship. (see Wedding Vows)

 A stay in hospital did not put Michael & Carol off when they wanted a Handfasting & Blessing. Thanks to all the nurses for all their hard work and to Michael & Carol's guests for helping to make this day really special for them both. 3rd February 2010.
June 12th 2010 was a lovely sunny day at Bleasdale Circle in the Trough of Bowland. Here Andy & Jo were Handfasted with as many as fifty guests. Followed by a reception of 'real ale' and potato pie the event was a day to be treasured. I am grateful to Jan, a student minister alongside me with the Interfaith Foundation, for assisting me on this lovely day.
   Jumping over the besom is always great fun.

Candles were lit for family, friends and carers.
 Mel & Nick were handfasted on Sunday 29th May 2011 in their family owned woods near Bury in Lancashire. Friends and family braved the wind and the rain and were rewarded by the sun coming out to shine just when it was most welcome.
